Step forward into the New Year with a Yoga Retreat to help establish an at home Sadhana (practice) and set intentions for the New Year. Over 3 days you'll experience nourishing, soulful practices to help you stay grounded and awaken into your self and into 2022. 

The retreat features  daily 75-minute practices as well as 3-4  supplemental daily practices to be done morning and evening at your own pace.

Ground

 

Day 1 will see practices that bring balance into every aspect of self. Establish a sense of grounding with a live centering Yin and Restorative practice as well as morning tea meditationbreathing exercises, evening stretches and sleep meditation.

Connect

 

Day 2 will introduce practices that yoke us to our 5 sensory organs as well as the 5 elements. We will practice a candle-gazing meditation, breathwork, spend time in sacred ritual to establish our intentions, and finish the day with yoga nidra.

Awaken

 

Day 3 will teach practices such as mantra (chanting), movement and breathwork to activate the pranic {energy} body and to feel our inner vitality. Infuse purpose into the fabric of your being as we awaken our intentions. Finish the day with evening stretches and a healing crystal sound bowl meditation.
