I am Jackie Rosenheim, founder of ALIGN Therapeutic Yoga

 

As a yoga practitioner for 25 years and teacher for a decade, my style of teaching is gentle, intentional, and with a primary emphasis on alignment, breath and sensations. My close attention to anatomy, along with my slower, nurturing style is appropriate for individuals with pain and emotional imbalances.  

My mission is to enable those who suffer from chronic pain and stress with the tools and techniques that I both learned and developed. I have worked with many clients in various types of pain and watched them transform from walking into my studio in tears to walking out with a smile on their face. 

My passion for helping people work through their suffering through the use of yoga therapy led me to study with the very best teachers in the world. I have studied Yoga Therapy with physical therapists, oncologists, psychologists, Ayurvedic practitioners, medical acupuncturists and MDs.
